Joseph Nero Born June 23, 1956 in Cleveland, Ohio a Third Generation Italian American and Funeral Director started in his family busines in 1969. Worked in every aspect of funeral service until becoming the owner in  their second location in1989. Graduate of St. Clare Elementary School in 1970, Mayfield High School in 1974 and University of Miami (Florida) in 1978. Joe currently lives in Valley View with his children; Joseph, a sophmore at The Ohio State University and graduate of Padua Franciscan High School and Angelo a ninth grader at Cuyahoga Heights High School and his brother Armand. Joe has been the president of Cuyahoga Funeral Directors Association, Board member to the Ohio Funeral Directors Association, President of the Exchange Club, member of Knights of Columbus, member of Northern Ohio Italian Americans, board member of the Baranello Lodge, board member St. Monica Holy Name Society and also a Certified Funeral Service Practicioner CFSP. In 1999 Joe saw the changing trends in funeral service and knew that Cremation was on the rise and would need to have his own Cremation Center to continue to offer the dedicated and personal service that his grandfather started in 1930.
