Rothacker

Arthur Francis Rothacker

October 25, 1938 - February 23, 2024

He was the third of 12 children of Vernon and Lillian Delaney Rothacker (both deceased).  He was the loving brother of Sheila Kingsmill (Ralph, deceased), Sharon Bicker, Mary Steen (Fred, both deceased), Kathleen Liberatore (Chester, deceased), Patricia, James (Laura, deceased), Paul, Rita Lewis (David), Anita Glenboski (deceased) (Raymond), Phyllis McCullough (Patrick) and Michael (Robin). Honorary brother of Joe Ferritto. Beloved Uncle of Lisa Richards and many nieces and nephews.

Arthur was a man of many talents and a very hard worker.  Over the years Arthur worked as a welder, a construction worker and a mechanic.    Art could put his hand to anything successfully, whether it was painting or siding or roofing a house, working on a plumbing or electrical problem, fixing a furnace, any problems on a car, or a hundred other problems that crop up.  Art spent his life fixing things for other people.

Arthur really loved the great outdoors.  He spent many hours on his wooded property.  He loved nature and often spoke about the wildlife and trees on his property.  He loved to hunt, fish and shoot.  He also spent his time at his sister’s cottage near Pymatuning helping out with fixing what needed fixing.  In his younger years he was a very good bowler and was on leagues for many years.

He amused many people with his stories about Bigfoot and UFOs and the wildlife on his property.  He taught all of us many things.  He will be missed by all.  Rest in Peace.  You earned a heavenly reward!
